  • How do I decide which property to invest in?

  • Can I invest in a UK property from overseas?

    The short answer is yes. However, there are slightly different rules and restrictions that will depend on your situation.

  • Who deals with the day to day running?

    We will find your tenants, take care of any tenant requests and upkeep, and generally deal with all of the admin required to manage your property for you.

  • Can you advise me on mortgages?

    There are a number of mortgage brokers that offer attractive interest rates for both UK residents, and if you’re buying from overseas.

    If you want to invest through a limited company, we can also help you to understand how to do this in the most tax efficient way.

  • Is my money going to be safe?

    Our team carries out extensive due diligence on developers and thorough checks on the finer details of every property investment opportunity, before we even put it in front of you.

    We provide you with in-depth suitability reports that set out the development details, our reasons for recommending the property, including the investment opportunity in layman’s terms, so you know exactly what to expect.

  • What fees are involved?

    Stamp Duty Land Tax is payable when you purchase a traditional residential property in the UK. Legal fees will also be due on UK property purchases.

    Our team’s main aim is to guide you through the property investment process so that you feel confident and supported at every stage.

    We charge a small fee to investors, which you often get back in other ways such as discounts from the property developers we work with. Using our services in no way affects the returns you make from your investment.

  • What’s the process for investing in a property?

    When you get in touch with us initially, it’s time for us to ask all of the questions about what you’re looking to achieve through property investment.

    Then comes the exciting part. We supply you with a list of properties that we have identified as perfect to help you reach your goals. This comes with all of the detailed information you need to make an informed decision on the best way forward.

    Once you’ve chosen your property you will need to reserve it and secure it. This involves completing a reservation agreement, which requires various proofs of ID and the transfer of a fee.

    You’ve secured the property, now it’s time to purchase. We’ll take you through each stage of this process, alongside your solicitor, and explain everything you need to know at each point.

    Purchase complete, you’re now ready to hand it over to someone to take care of finding and securing tenants, and the ongoing day-to-day management and upkeep, all of which IPG can also support you with.

  • What is the best place to invest in property?

    This really depends on what you’re looking to achieve. We have exclusive developments across the UK and in other countries such as Spain and Germany.
